Jim’s Smokin’ Que serves some of the best BBQ in the area! Their bestsellers are their ribs and pulled pork. We recommend trying the sweet potato fries rolled in cinnamon sugar - absolutely delicious! Jim’s is only open Thursday-Saturday, be sure to stop in over the weekend!

Helton Creek Falls is an easy ¼ mile hike that leads to several beautiful cascading falls! Right across the road from Vogel State Park, it’s the perfect place to be outside and enjoy the area’s beauty.

Looking for a midday pick me up? Cabin Coffee Co. is the best place for it! Their store is right on the Blairsville Square. Sip some coffee & enjoy being in the heart of our little town! They have a wonderful drink of the month and some great classics such as the Turtle and Twister Frappe. Stop by today for a cozy coffee experience!
Russell Scenic Highway
Not much of a hiker but want to see a beautiful view? Drive along Russell Scenic Highway for some easily accessible views at each pull-off along the highway that overlooks the beautiful North Georgia Mountains. Park and soak in the beauty, maybe even bring a picnic lunch!
